How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment directly online or email aly@marblecellarmassage.com.

When can I book online?

The online booking window opens on the 15th of the month for the following month. For example, online booking for the month of June opens the 15th of May.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before all appointment start times. This gives you time to prepare and still start the session timely. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its appointed time.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
You can email aly@marblecellarmassage.com or cancel your appointment online. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full credit. Out of respect for the livelihood of our therapists, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

How do you handle a missed appointment?
A missed appointment is treated as an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and will not be refunded.

Do you accept insurance?
We are happy to provide you with a receipt for services rendered. But because employee benefits for health, medical and wellness plans vary widely by insurance carrier and employer, you should check with them for any plan benefits you may have.

What does a Marble Cellar Massage include?
Everything, including tip. Each 90 minute session provides 60+ minutes of therapist time, aromatherapy, hot towels, refreshments and a period of personal relaxation.

Do you offer child care?

Due to limited space, we are unable to provide child care.
